If customers found some problems about the goods purchased on our website (eg. damaged, wrong products/quantity...etc), after confirm compliance with the return conditions, we guarantee the return of the relevant goods.
If customers need to arrange for the return of the goods, please contact us by email within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide the order number of the goods, the order date, the reasons for the return and contact details for checking.
The following conditions will not be arranged for return, please understand:

Any free gifts and trial gifts
Once the goods purchased have been checked for compliance with the return conditions, we will contact customers to arrange the relevant return procedures. Customers are required to arrange for third-party logistics to return the goods (two-ways) and pay all the shipping cost, including return of the wrong products and also the correct products.
Due to mistakes made by us, the return of the goods (one-way) will be our responsibility and the return address is subjected to the shipping address shown on the order. For other reasons, customers need to pay all the return shipping cost.
