- If customers found some problems about the goods purchased on our website (eg. damaged, wrong products/quantity...etc), please email to contact@lemongrasshousehk.com.hk, after confirm compliance with the return conditions, we guarantee the return of the relevant goods.
- If customers require to cancel the order and require refund before delivery, we will collect HKD 50 as an administration fee.
- If the selected product is out of stock after the order is placed, the out-of-stock product will be removed from the order and a refund will be arranged.
- If customers need to arrange for the return of the goods, please contact us by email within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide the order number of the goods, the order date, the reasons for the return and contact details for checking.
- The following conditions will not be arranged for return, please understand:
- Received more than 7 days
- The goods have been opened or used
- Non-product quality issues
- Any free gifts and trial gifts
- Discounted products
- Once the goods purchased have been checked for compliance with the return conditions, we will contact customers to arrange the relevant return procedures. Customers are required to arrange for third-party logistics to return the goods (two-ways) and pay all the shipping cost, including return of the wrong products and also the correct products.
- Due to mistakes made by us, the return of the goods (one-way) will be our responsibility and the return address is subjected to the shipping address shown on the order. For other reasons, customers need to pay all the return shipping cost.
