About Delivery and Payment- Once online purchase $400 or above will enjoy FREE SF Express service or local postal service (Hong Kong/Macau/Mainland only, some districts may require additional charges, and additional postage is required in overseas areas, please contact us for relevant inquiry before placing order).
- Each order will be ready and shipped within approximately 3-4 business days.
- If delivery to the industrial and commercial area by SF Express, order amount below $400 only accept "Collect Pay" and it may take 1-3 business days from the date of delivery.
- If delivery to the residential address by Hong Kong Post (without free local postal service, mail fee is from $4 for regular mail, the charges are based on weight or volume, buyer is responsible for the risk of mailing errors, and registered mail is recommended). It may take 2-6 business days from the date of delivery.
- If you are unable to receive parcels at home or in the office during the day, you can choose SF Locker service, order amount below $400 only accept "Collect Pay". The delivery fee is about $30. The weight must be less than 3kg and the size must meet the requirements of the SF Locker (no more than 45 x 31 x 35cm). It may take 1-3 business days from the date of delivery. - If delivery to Macau, please select SF Express, which is charged according to the weight or the dimension of the goods, order amount below $400 only accept "Collect Pay" and it may take 2-6 business days from the date of shipment.
- It is also possible to collect the goods at SF Express Station in Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories and the charges are based on weight or volume (from about HK$30 and order amount below $400 only accept "Collect Pay"). - In order to avoid damage to the goods, when the typhoon signal No. 3 or above is suspended or the red rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery service may be delayed.
- During the promotion period, the delivery service may be delayed without further announcement. We will arrange all orders as soon as possible in order of priority. Please understand.
- If you select Bank Transfer / ATM / Alipay payment method, please complete the payment within 72 hours after ordering, and please keep the receipt and email a copy of the receipt to contact@lemongrasshousehk.com.hk, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
